We want you to love what you ordered, but we are not Amazon and we are not pretending to be. Many Spiritual but Street items are made or fulfilled after purchase, so returns are limited.

Made-to-Order Items

Apparel, hats, and print-on-demand items are generally final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Books

Books are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is an order issue that needs to be corrected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

Size Exchanges

Please check sizing before ordering. Because many items are made after purchase, we cannot guarantee exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

Order Changes

If you need to correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item is in production or fulfilled, changes may not be possible.

Refund Review

Approved refunds are handled back to the original payment method when possible. Shipping fees may not be refundable depending on the issue.
